Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.
However,  we recognize that on rare occasions there may be manufacturer issues that we are unaware of. 
Returns will be granted for manufacturer errors or other issues approved by the company. Please email and provide pictures of all issues and information necessary to review these issues.

We will issue a postage paid return label upon approval  

 No refunds will be processed until the items are returned and inspected. 

There will be no refunds given for user error or failure to follow instructions listed on the product page on the website.
